Our team has exclusive access to databases, software, technologies, and systems both online and offline, allowing us to connect with highly qualified candidates across multiple specialties. In addition to the tools we use, our proprietary process for finding and screening candidates sets us apart.

We begin by assessing your specific needs, expectations, and the ideal qualities you’re looking for in each job role. Our team takes care of sourcing, pre-qualification, and initial interviews before presenting candidates to you. This approach saves you time and money, ensuring you only focus on the best talent in your area who would be the best fit for your organization.

After attending the Onboarding Call, which dives deep into the details of your ideal candidate requirements, you can typically expect to see candidate submittals within 2 weeks.

No, you are free to work with other recruiting agencies and utilize your own internal teams. We consider ourselves an adjunct to your existing recruitment efforts.

Once the contract is signed and you attend the Onboarding Call, we will leverage our databases, software, technologies, and systems to find the ideal candidate(s) that you’re looking for. After sending them through our screening process, you can expect to receive candidates for your review within approximately 2 weeks.

Our direct hire agreement includes a candidate ownership clause stating that if you engage with a candidate within 6 months of us submitting them, that candidate belongs to you, and no payment is owed.

Less than 10% of our candidates require replacement. Over 90% of the candidates we provide stay with our clients for the long term.
